  • Risk Management Plans (RMP), Risk Registers, and Strategic Reviews, including compliance to AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009.
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) systems, reporting and compliance to AS/NZS 4873-2003 (and the Defence Supplement).
  • Project Planning, Scheduling, and Estimation using a variety of tools and techniques, such as MS Project, Primavera and OPP.
  • Project Review, Auditing, and Recovery/Rescue including formal reporting.
  • Associated contract and commercial management, Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) and full management of defence (ASDEFCON) projects, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and compliance with Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
